Refund policy

All items are quality checked before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@ossuarysupply.com and we will make it right. We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
